Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our independent business! We take pride in carefully preparing, packaging, and shipping your orders directly from our island workshop on the Big Island of Hawaii. Please review our shipping practices and estimated timelines below.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Standard Handcrafted & Apparel Items: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for our team to package and process your order before it is handed off to the carrier.

  • Custom-Sized Orders: Because our macramé gemstone bracelets can be custom-sized to your exact wrist specifications, please allow 3 to 5 business days for production and processing.

  • Important Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or official U.S. federal holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Times

We ship all domestic packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Because all orders originate in Hawaii, transit times may vary slightly depending on ocean/air sorting schedules once packages leave the island.

USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate® 3 to 5 business days A fast, reliable option with a predictable, flat shipping cost regardless of package weight (up to 70 lbs). Ideal for heavier gemstone items. Includes tracking and up to $100 of carrier insurance.

📌 Mainland Tracking Note: Due to updated carrier routing, packages traveling long distances from regional hubs may experience a 1–2 day tracking update gap while physically in transit over the ocean or across mainland surface routes. Do not worry if your tracking status sits at "In Transit" or "Pre-Shipment" for a couple of days; your package is safely on its way!

3. Free Shipping Thresholds

We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) on all domestic orders over $150.

  • The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout once your order subtotal reaches the required threshold (after discounts and before taxes).

4. Shipment Tracking & Order Status

  • As soon as your order is fulfilled and a shipping label is generated, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to register the initial package scan at the local sorting facility.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Delays: While we guarantee your order will be dropped off at the post office within our stated processing window, we cannot legally guarantee carrier delivery dates once the package leaves our hands.

  • Damages & Loss: Both our standard and priority shipping methods include up to $100 of basic carrier insurance. If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but missing, please contact us via our storefront contact form within 48 hours so we can help you coordinate an insurance claim with USPS.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a typo in your shipping address after placing an order, please email us immediately with your order number. If the package has already been handed off to USPS, we are unfortunately unable to intercept or redirect it.
