Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help you get it sorted out quickly through our self-serve return portal.
1. Return Windows

Standard Items: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
To support the handcrafted nature of our designs and the integrity of our inventory, certain items are strictly considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Any jewelry that has been custom-sized (such as bracelets customized to a specific length outside our standard sizing) or custom-crafted to your specific request.

Clearance/Sale Items: Any items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
3. How to Start a Self-Serve Return
We’ve made managing your returns effortless. You do not need to email us to begin a return; simply follow these steps:

Navigate to our Customer Login portal (found in the footer of our website).

Enter your email address. You will receive a secure, one-time 6-digit verification code in your inbox to log in.

Select the order containing the item you wish to return.

Click Request Return, select your return reason, and submit.

Once our team reviews and approves your request, you will receive an email confirmation with detailed instructions on how to ship your item back.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels and arranging drop-off with the carrier.

Shipping Recommendations: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit by the carrier.
5. Refunds & Processing Time

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected by our workshop, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether the return has been approved or declined based on its condition.

Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Timing: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to officially post to your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take immense pride in the quality of our handcrafted jewelry and curated apparel. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us directly via email within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
